Built Under Pressure.
The Grit Code.

For Paris Norriss, leadership under pressure is not theory. It is lived experience.

He has run seven marathons across seven continents in less than six days. He has taken on some of the most demanding endurance challenges on the planet. And he has translated that mindset into a language that resonates with leaders facing their own pressure tests — whether in a boardroom, a startup, or a moment of crisis.

Meet the Chapter II Speaker

Paris Norriss.

Endurance athlete, speaker, and leadership catalyst.

Paris Norriss has built a career at the intersection of physical endurance, mental discipline, and leadership under pressure. Known for taking on some of the world's most extreme challenges, he has completed the Triple 7 Quest — running seven marathons across seven continents in less than six days — and has used those experiences to help leaders understand what it takes to keep going when the stakes are high.

His work has taken him from elite sports and expeditions to corporate leadership programmes, where he translates lessons from extreme environments into practical tools for teams, founders, and executives. His focus is not on motivation alone, but on the systems, habits, and mindset that allow people to perform when conditions are not perfect.

In Chapter II of Dare to Lead, he will bring that perspective to Tbilisi — exploring how leaders build resilience, make decisions under pressure, and create cultures that endure.

About the Series

Why Dare to Lead exists.

The pace of change has never been greater.

Artificial intelligence is transforming industries. Economic uncertainty continues to challenge organisations. Leaders are expected to navigate disruption, inspire teams, and make decisions in increasingly complex environments.

Dare to Lead brings together globally recognised entrepreneurs, executives, innovators, and thought leaders to explore what leadership looks like when the rules are changing.

Across three flagship events, the series moves from the future of innovation and AI to the resilience required under pressure, and finally to the judgement and communication needed to move people and organisations forward.
